Join a MAC Focus Group

The MAC has begun a strategic planning process to help determine our priorities and direction for the next several years. Right now we are in the data collection phase, gathering input from various key constituents. This data will be used by the strategic planning committee and the board to determine the goals for the next 3 to 5 years.

We have hired Amy Cahners and Susan Donahue of Cahners & Donahue Associates to work with the strategic planning committee and help guide the planning process. Amy and Susan would like meet with a small group of our supporters to have an open conversation and get your collective input on:

• What does the MAC do well?
• What could the MAC do better?
• What should the MAC focus on over the next three to five years?

Please let us know which ONE of these sessions you would like to join. Artists and performers may join the community session if unavailable for the April meetings.

Community-wide Focus Groups

• Zoom session: Monday, March 27, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
• In-person at the MAC: Tuesday, March 28, 4:00-5:30 p.m.

Artists & Performers Focus Groups

• Zoom session: Monday, April 10,  6:30-8:00 p.m.
• In-person at the MAC: Thursday, April 13, 4:00-5:30 p.m.
