Shifts & Tasks
7:00-9:00am: Check in and set up (4 spots) some heavy lifting

• Direct vendors to their booths on the map
• Collect raffle items and bring to MAC raffle table/set up raffle table
• Set up MAC booth for promoting membership and selling tickets for fundraiser
• Bring out cabaret tables and chairs to MAC lawn
• Set up kids’ games and activities on MAC lawn
• Set up pop-up tents as needed

9:00-11:00am: Continue check in and set up raffle (2 spots)

• Set up raffle table: Collect updated raffle sheets from front desk; Make sure all artists have donated raffle items
• Begin selling raffle tickets, memberships, fundraiser tickets (event begins at 10am)
• Continue helping vendors as needed

10:00am-12:00pm: Work Event (4 spots)
12:00-2:00pm: Work Event (4 spots)
2:00-4:00pm: Work Event (2 spots)

• Sell raffle tickets (walk through park, help at raffle table)
• Sit at membership/MAC table, direct visitors into gallery to purchase fundraiser tickets
• Booth sit for vendors as needed
• Oversee kids’ activities on MAC lawn (games, crafts, etc.)
• Check tables/OxCart – pick up any trash or recycling as needed
• Begin clean up as needed

3:30-5:30pm: Clean up (4 spots) some heavy lifting

• Take down all tables and chairs, bring back inside the MAC
• Help vendors pack up as needed
• Take down any MAC pop-up tents as needed and pack, bring back inside MAC studio
• Collect all lawn games/craft supplies and bring back inside
• Collect any trash/tie bags for pick up
• Select raffle winners and organize all prizes with winner contact info behind MAC desk
• Pack up all raffle materials and bring back inside MAC studio
• Check bathrooms and take out trash as needed; clean up spaces (private event on Sunday)
