Shifts, Tasks, Location

Friday, July 29

5:00-6:30pm: Direct traffic and instruct drivers for parking at the Marion Golf Club. Two volunteers needed.
5:00-6:30pm:  Drive golf carts back and forth to deliver guests to 1 West Drive from Marion Golf Club (0.4 miles away). Some guests will walk. Three drivers needed.
5:00-6:30pm: Check guests in as they arrive. Give them tickets or assign numbers. Describe auction and raffle process using ticket number. MAC committees: Four needed.
5:00-6:30pm: Staff payment table near check in: Take credit card payments for raffle tickets and mugs as needed. MAC Staff + One volunteer.
5:00-6:30pm: Staff mug table and collect payment if needed (track names and add bidder number sticker to mugs). One volunteer: Amy P.
5:00-6:30: Sell raffle tickets at party when walking around (raffle ends at 8:00pm): MAC board and committee members, staff. Two volunteers needed.
5:00-6:00pm: Greet guests at Tabor launch and check names on ticket list: Lucia Jaccaci.
5:00-6:30pm: Greet guests at Corkery dock, help as needed on rough terrain, direct to check-in table: MAC board and committee members, staff (3 needed).

7:45-9:15pm: 
Drive golf carts between party and parking at Marion Golf Club (0.4 miles away). Some guests will walk. Two-Three volunteers needed.
8:00pm-9:30pm: Collect all raffle winners, bid sheets, and mug purchases. Organize items for all winners: Amy H. and Brian help Jodi, Jenny, and Heather.
8:30-9:30pm: Check out and Cleanup: Collect remaining auction items, all donations, clear tables, oversee servers. Two volunteers needed.

Saturday, July 30

9:00-10:00am: Additional cleanup at Corkery property: Put all linens in bags, stack chairs and tables for pickup, clean up any leftover trash, etc. Three volunteers needed.
