Arts in the Park

ARTS IN THE PARK 2024
Saturday, July 6, 10:00am-4:00pm
Bicentennial Park, Marion

We’re ON today, Saturday, July 6!

Arts in the Park is the Marion Art Center’s signature outdoor artisan market and occurs annually in July on the Saturday after Independence Day.

Arts in the Park features a select group of local artists and artisans, vetted by the Exhibitions Committee. Goods include baskets, ceramics, clothing, collage, fiber, glass, jewelry, woodworking, painted, and hand-crafted furniture, paintings, photography, and more. The MAC, with grant support from the Mattapoisett and Rochester Cultural Councils, sponsors this family-friendly event featuring live music, a food truck, raffle, and free arts activities for kids.

The MAC’s outdoor artisan market:
– Fine art and handmade goods from over 40 artists
– Lunch from South Shore Smokehouse food truck
– Live music by Richard Lewis and friends
– Free games and kids’ craft activities
– Chances to win original artwork in our raffle
– Free access to the MAC Galleries to view the exhibitions
Arts in the Park is sponsored in part by grants from the Mattapoisett and Rochester Cultural Councils, local agencies which are supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
