Marion Art Center

The Marion Art Center is hosting an exhibition entitled: “Whimisical Watercolors” by artist Molly Batchelder.

The opening, in the Cecil Clark Davis Gallery is
Sunday, March 13^th from 4pm to 6pm.

^{Her paintings are currently found in
several galleries and shops in
Massachusetts: Great Meadows
Joinery, Sudbury; Church Street
Gallery, Lenox; Limited Editions,
Newton, and the Surroundings Gallery
in Center Sandwich, NH. She will
have 2 paintings in the Mass.
College of Art Auction this March as
she has since 2005, and is currently
part of a group show at the Art
Emporium in Needham, MA.

She also paints house portraits on
commission and has done several
hundred primarily in and around the
Boston area.

In conjunction with Ms.
Batchelder’s
watercolors, the Patsy Francis
Gallery will feature works by
students at
Sippican Elementary School.
Mrs. Erin Kirk, the art teacher at
Sippican
Elementary School, has assembled a
group of works by her students in
all grades and in various mediums.}
